The KINEMAX® Medium Velocity Burner is a nozzle‑mixing, medium velocity industrial combustion burner engineered to provide a fast, high‑energy gas jet that promotes circulation and uniform temperature distribution within the furnace or combustion chamber. Its design allows operation on precise fuel/air ratios throughout the firing range, or alternatively with controlled excess air or excess fuel to suit specific process needs. It supports a broad turndown range and can always be applied with preheated or oxygen‑enriched combustion air for improved thermal performance. Typical applications include high‑temperature heat‑treatment furnaces, oxidizers, forge furnaces, annealing and melting furnaces, ceramic kilns, lehrs, and other industrial thermal processing systems where temperature uniformity, workload penetration, and combustion efficiency are critical.
